BLOSSOM BRANCH
The second biggest neighborhood, Blossom Branch is the only housing development without homes directly backing up or touching a body of water. These homes are considered the most affordable in town, though are still pushing a near million dollar cost, and are fairly close together. The neighborhood itself is reminiscent of any other in suburbia, three bedroom houses with backyards big enough for a swingset and streets safe enough for children to play in.

Sunflower Way is the main street that goes through the Blossom Branch neighborhood which is lined with homes. Magnolia Street, Hibiscus Drive, Tulip Circle, and Rose Court are each cul de sacs that branch off from Sunflower Way.

KINGSHOLLOW
Built in 2018, the Kingshollow development is the second newest in Northmere and was originally pushed back on by older residents. The island was previously home to free-for-all camping, several vacation homes, and unmanaged forest. Now, homes valued between 5 and 15 million line the shores and two man-made lakes. Homes are spaced with a sense of privacy on several acres, most with private dock access and house a mix of year-round locals and summer folk from New York and Pennsylvania. Most homes are more modern coastal, but some early plot purchasers opted for a more traditional look

Sunset Crescent is closest to the mainland with each home backing up to the water. Moonlit Vale runs between the lakes with homes backing up to the water on either side. Sunrise Cove faces the open ocean with each home backing up to the water.

THISTLEWOOD
thistlewood is a large neighborhood that surrounds starlight lake with several other smaller streets branching off toward the hospital and golf course. Homes are valued between 2.5 and 6 million with a coastal grandmother meets lake house vibe. Homes are spaced far enough apart that you won't hear neighbors blasting a Kelly Clarkson cover, but close enough that you can still shout a good morning and be heard.

Compromised of two streets broken up by a patch of woods,starlight lane surrounds up to Starlight Lake. Addresses on North Starlight are located on the top half of the lake (near Blossom Branch), while South Starlight is located on the bottom half (toward the hospital). thistlewood also has several other streets that do not overlook the lake.

BEACON'S EDGE
The oldest neighborhood in Northmere, Beacon's Edge is a coastal neighborhood with single family homes. Many generational residents live here, though vacation rentals are common as those same families have moved on or taken advantage of Northmere's every growing property value. Homes in this neighborhood are closer together with less acreage, typically have 2-3 bedrooms, and have shingled exteriors and coastal vibes. They generally appraise between 1.5 and 3 million dollars.

Houses on willowbrook with an even number are located against the coast while odd number houses are located across the street. all other addresses in the neighborhood span out toward the school and downtown.

CHARMWOOD
These condos are the newest neighborhood in Northmere, built in 2023, and located at the northernmost part of the island. From the balcony residents can see the lit up ferris wheel from the boardwalk at night to their left and an open ocean to the right. There are 15 homes, each with a top and bottom condo, worth between 600K and 1 million. The HOA takes care of everything the residents need, which makes Charmwood an excellent option for those who hate to keep up with the Joneses.

Unit A is on the bottom while Unit B is on the top. Each unit has their own private front entrance and parking spot in front of the house. There is overflow parking across the street.

THE ATELIER AT DOWNTOWN
Located in downtown Northmere, The Atelier are luxury lofts located above select downtown stores. Part of the 2019 remodel, they are chic, modern, and a perfect option for singles or couples without children.

Each loft has a private entrance in the rear with a single parking spot and was renovated in 2019.

BELVEDERE PIER
With three long docks, Belvedere Pier is home to thirty different houseboats and yachts docked year round. With a mix of residents and seasonal patrons, several townies opt to brave life out at sea and consider Belvedere a mailing address.

The higher the number, the further out in the dock the slip is.
